Subjects unscheduled for a given semester may be offered upon written request of atleast fifteen (15) students duly endorsed by the College Dean and Approved by the Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA).
Subjects may be offered in a semester when needed provided five (5) graduating students made a written request for the dean at least two (2) weeks before the start of registration. The Dean shall endorse the said request to the VPAA.
