1. A student without an examination permit or promissory note will not be allowed to take the term exam. A promissory note is issued by the dean to students who cannot pay in full the amount indicated in the Statement of Account. To secure a promissory note, all back accounts based on the last statement of accounts must be fully paid.
  2. The Accounting Office will start issuing examination permits one week before exam. Issuing of examination permits during examination day is discouraged.
  3. Teachers are not obliged to give special exams to a student who fails to take the examination as scheduled for failure to secure permit or promissory note. In such case, a student is given an incomplete grade in the exam.
  4. A student who fails to pay on time because of the long queue should notify his/her teacher who may allow him.her to take the exams.
  5. A student who fails to take the exam due to illness is required to submit medical certificate and a letter from his parents or guardian.
